Business Strategy

Developing a business strategy should be a process not the yearly product of an exercise. Don’t let it become a huge spreadsheet (15 year forecasting) or a pretty and carefully worded document to brief others (not really read or understood). Spend your time constantly revisiting your assumptions, your beliefs, your understanding and your progress. Adapt accordingly. Don’t create a beast that controls you.
